Uus Maa Kinnisvarabüroo started the sale of new apartments developed by Lumi Capital OÜ on Niine street, Kalamaja, Tallinn. The small, private apartment building will feature 7 apartments and one commercial premise on the ground floor.

„The Niine 7 land plot, located on the border of Kalamaja and the old town of Tallinn, will be developed into a small residential property with unique architecture & design.  The apartments have great planning, many of which feature a southward looking terrace or balcony. The building will have high quality construction materials, and it will be constructed by Mitt & Perlebach OÜ” explains Margit Sild, the broker in charge of sales from Uus Maa.

The developer of Niine 7 is Lumi Capital, a company specialised in real estate investment management. The partners of Lumi Capital, Raiko Uri and Martin Rekor have participated in the development of several landmark development projects in Tallinn, such as Telliskivi Creative City and Rotermann Quarter. Martin Rekor says that the goal is to offer buyers a high living quality, which is accomplished through clean and modern design, as well as good apartment layouts and a unique inner courtyard. “The three southern facing apartments of approx. 100 square meters in size are in our opinion one of the best residential spaces in Tallinn.”

The development sits well in a historical Kalamaja location, yet fulfils all modern needs, such as great architecture, efficient apartment layouts, underground parking and energy efficiency.

The architects of Niine 7 are Kaur Talpsep and Allan Pilter from Kauss Architecture.

Construction works started in March, 2015 and will be completed by early 2016.
