Lumi Capital starts with the first private house construction at Lõvi tee 25 (Audru, Pärnu), which will be completed by the end of 2016. The cozy house features three bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen (up to 3.5m ceilings).
Lumi Capital acquired the development project in 2015 and has so far sold private housing land plots and invested in infrastructure.
