Lumi Capital has successfully completed its apartment development project at Kopli 16 in Tallinn. All 15 apartments and 4 commercial spaces have been sold.
Kopli 16 neighberhood is now one of the most preferred places for living, spending leisure time and shopping in Tallinn. The neighborhood of Kopli 16 has gone through a great change and Lumi Capital is pleased to have contributed to the development of the area. Together with the construction of the Kopli 16 apartment building the new tramway and neighbouring streets have been renovated, as well as the farmers market of Balti Jaama Turg. Kopli 16 building adds to the environment by having commercial premises on the ground floor and a terrace, all of which open to the Kopli street.
This is a good example of how private developers and the municipality can positively transform an area in a few years when working together.
