The contest takes place in the framework of Tallinn Business Day "Dare to Think, Dare to Do" and aims to recognize companies that are contributing to the creation of modern urban space and attractive living environment. Lumi Kodud rental homes with its unique concept is one of the three nominees in the “Development Project 2019” category, the winner of which will be selected by a jury on October 9, 2019.

Lumi Kodud homes are specifically built as long-term rental homes, providing a professional customer-focused rental home service. There are 127 apartments of different sizes, all of which include kitchen furniture with integrated appliances, built-in wardrobes and bathroom furniture. The complex also includes a recreation area, a playground, a green courtyard and a parking house.

The sole owner of Lumi Kodud rental homes are LHV’s pension funds and the day-to-day management is handled by Lumi Capital.
