Lumi Capital in partnership with an Estonian private investor acquired the Indi Business Center in Riga – a modern multi-tenant office building in the Ganibu Dambis commercial area towards the north of the city center and near the Skanste’s office district. The building has 12 000 square meters of net leasable area with further development volume.

"The building features attractive open space offices with high ceilings and an appealing industrial vibe. It is unique and desirable, as companies look for engaging offices that offer attractive collaboration and meeting venues in a post covid environment" says Martin Rekor, Partner at Lumi Capital.

The 4-floor building was reconstructed from the historical Riga Electric Machine Building Plant industrial building in several stages from 2008 to 2022.

"We are convinced that the Indi Center with its up-to-date premises, strong tenants and unique heritage is a valuable addition to our portfolio and we are looking forward to incorporating the property into our day-to-day management," affirms Rekor.

For the benefit of visitors and employees, the location of Indi offices is well connected with public transport (tram and buses) and has strategically convenient access to main central locations within 20 minutes. The plan is to further improve the property and offer more bicycle parking possibilities and install electric charging points for cars.
