Terbatas 72 rental apartment building garnered recognition at the BREL Forum being acclaimed as the Project of the Year in public voting. Terbatas’ project was acquired in partnership with Vienna Insurance Group and BTA and developed by YIT Group from Finland.
Terbatas’ project consists of two connected buildings located on Terbatas street in the center of Riga. The buildings have 171 studio, one-, and two-room oom apartments with additional commercial premises on the first floor. Underground parking is available to residents as well as a playground, a community space, a lawn and picnic area in the yard, making it an attractive home for young professionals and families.
