The design of the new office building is aimed for companies with 10 to 20 employees. Offices have windows in two or three directions, which allow more flexible designs in workspace planning. An entire floor is well-suited for companies with 40 employees. Large glass panels will create an open space feeling, some of the windows can be opened and the top floors will enjoy city views. First floor of the new 5-storey office building will feature commercial premises.
