Lumi Capital is a real estate investment management firm founded in 2013. We are active in residential and commercial real estate investments in all Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
We invest in single assets and in larger cash flow generating portfolios. We have launched several new business models and have invested in more than 20 projects. Our gross asset value under management exceeds EUR 400 million. We value suistanable investment management and our activities follow the ESG principles.
All our investments are made in cooperation with capital partners. Our partners include private individuals, pension funds, as well as international property investors.
Lumi Capital is fully owned by its management and employees. This gives us the freedom to pursue our ideas and rewards directly the people that make things happen on the ground, every day. Being involved in investments on a daily basis we create value for both investors and the end customer.
Lumi Capital's experience ranges from real estate development to management of income producing properties, management of regulated property funds in different property sectors, including residential, office, retail, and public private partnership (PPP) projects.
Lumi Capital's partners' have each in excess of 15 years experience in property investing having worked in leading asset management and real estate firms in the Baltic States.
