Lumi Capital is a developer and operator of resi for lease properties. We manage a portfolio of about 2000 operational apartments in the Baltic capitals of Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius. Our portfolio includes purpose-designed and purpose-built modern multi-family residential assets suited for long-term living.
We have integrated knowledge and experience to develop, lease, and daily manage the built-to-rent properties. Our capital partners include long-term institutional investors such as insurance firms and pension funds.
We are keen to innovate and improve the rental market where we operate. We have developed our own brand, a digital operating platform, innovated the market with a novel insurance product, and set new standards that many others now follow.
Lumi Capital places a high priority on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, integrating them into every aspect of our operations. Some notable examples include BREEAM certifications, solar panel installations, various energy efficiency measures, and the introduction of community gardens.
With our in-house brand Lumi Homes, we are a preferred place to live for the urban generation that values the freedom and service element our rental homes offer.
